Setting up your payment method is a crucial step in receiving payments from your customers. Our platform makes it simple to get started with the most basic customisation—populating your account number for direct payments. Here's how it will look like for your end customers once you've successfully completed this step.
Log into your account on our platform.
Navigate to the dashboard and locate the Settings icon (usually found in the bottom left corner).
In the Settings menu, select Checkout Setup.
Enter your Account Number and Bank Name in the provided fields.
Double-check your account number and bank details to ensure they are correct.
Some banks may require you to enter additional details, like the bank's routing number or SWIFT code, for international transfers. Make sure you have these ready if necessary.
Once you’ve entered the details, click Save to store your payment information.
You’ll receive a confirmation that your payment method has been successfully added.
If you want to ensure everything is set up correctly, you can perform a test transaction. This is optional, but it helps verify that payments will be routed to your account without issues.
Incorrect Account Number: Double-check your account details. Even one incorrect digit can result in payment failure.
Delayed Payments: Bank transfers may take several business days. If you notice delays, check with your bank or verify if the details provided are correct.
